Peter Michael Marino

Producer, performer, director, writer, teacher, and educational content creator. Member SAG-AFTRA, Dramatists Guild, AEA. His tiny production company PM2 Entertainment makes things happen - shows, festivals, and unique & affordable comedy events in NYC, Australia, Canada, and the UK.

CURRENTLY: Pete is directing Michael Quinn’s solo show “Feltman: World’s First Hot Dog” premiering at Edinburgh Festival Fringe. He’s developing an epic, non-verbal show for young audiences about an odd piece of paper called “Confetti,” and an interactive, sci-fi-inspired, karaoke/game show experience, “The Fun Box.”

  • Creator/performer of long-running family comedy “Show Up, Kids!” which played everywhere from NYC to Hollywood to Edinburgh. Had a month-long run at Mile Square Theatre, Spring 2024 where it got this rave REVIEW. Recently had a 5-month, sold-out run at The Rat in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Returns this fall.

  • Co-host of the popular Arts and Craft podcast with Nancy Magarill, where artists talk to fellow artists about their art (and more).

  • Writer/Host of MoonRise, an immersive cirque about the 13 Moon Goddesses, which enjoyed a sold-out residency in 2024 at Paradise Club in Times Square following a 2-year run in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

  • Creator of Lemonade Island: Free Advice which provides no-charge guidance to complete strangers at various locations from parties to bars, and public spaces to corporate events.

  • Live streamed hundreds of performances of Desperately Seeking the Exit, Show Up, Kids!, and the internationally acclaimed Planet of the Grapes Live.

  • Originated idiotic Joules Volter character in Off-Broadway’s award-winning, immersive family show Pip’s Island.

  • Provided comic relief in global smash STOMP for five years, Off-Broadway and internationally.

  • Solo, comedy, marketing, and development coach. Former professor of Sketch Comedy at Pace University and William Paterson University. Teacher at The PIT, Toronto’s York University and Soulo Theatre, and The Actor's Centre in London. In 2022 taught playwriting for LEAP at Hillcrest High School.
